Two Questions for Gene:

I have a couple of questions.

1. What is your position on children having access to guns.

2. What is your position on individuals with criminal records purchasing firearms.

On the second question, I understand that you might want to frame your answer in the context of your well-documented anarchist viewpoint--keeping in mind that in your society, the criminal class would be eliminated by the elimination of law and order and civilization in general. But go ahead and answer anyway.

Gene Chapman 1. Parents and guardians supervise children. The state is not needed to control children.

Gene Chapman 2. In the Tolstoyan world order, there is no state, so there are no criminals, as such. There is a free market in my societal configuration, something that every economist will agree with. A fee market only exists in a stateless society. The control on the violent would be the counterbalance of a whole society without gun control laws. If a mass murderer were to arrive on the scene, he or she would not last long enough to become a mass murderer.
