Email to Texas Rep. Wendy Davis

During my many years of studying Mahatma Gandhi, I was most surprised to learn that he left the door open to abortion.  You see, he was a philosophical anarchist, who believed in the ultimate abolition of the state.  As a proponent of non-violence, which comes from Leo Tolstoy's, "The Kingdom Of God Is Within You," an interpretation of Jesus Christ's "Sermon on the Mount," Gandhiji believed in "judge not in all circumstances" (Tolstoy).  We are not to make legal determinations of others, according to Tolstoy's examination of Christ's words, as "one man's righteousness is another man's evil, and vice versa."

Good Luck,
