Chapman and Chomsky Continue Dialogue re: American Libertarianism

I am curious to gain your insights on "unaccountable tyranny" in American libertarianism.  Do you think the ship could be turned to a better place for the American Libertarian Party?

These are among the reasons why I don’t think it’s very useful to seek general abstract definitions.  In fact, the term “libertarian” is used in the US in a way that reflects peculiarities of American culture, and American “libertarians,” whatever they may believe they’re doing, are in fact advocate severe forms of unaccountable tyranny and are quite divorced from traditional libertarian currents.
