Chapman Seeks Elected Offices Worldwide

Oh well.  I am announcing that I am seeking all elected and appointed offices on earth.  As a Tolstoyian Gandhian Libertarian, I will be unable to sign any related paperwork, as this would violate the first plank of Tolstoy's Kingdom concept, based in his book, The Kingdom of God is Within You, the book that is attributed with transforming the lawyer M. K. Gandhi into the Mahatma of India.

If elected I shall refuse to take the oath of office in accordance with this first plank, in the hope that others all over the earth will follow, creating a constitutional crises at some point and abolish the state.
